As an technologist, while technical expertise and problem-solving skills are crucial, prioritizing employee well-being is equally vital for fostering a productive and innovative environment. The nature of employment is changing, as such the employers need to adjust how they attract, hire, compensate and support their single most important investment, their people.
Working with the Employee Wellbeing Council is twofold; I can engage with like-minded leaders who believe proven people management is key, diversity and inclusion are priorities, employee health and wellness take centre stage – to redefine workplace wellbeing, now and in the future and work to drive global impact based on human centred approaches!
